Fashion Designer Rebecca Taylor designs truly resonate with the modern day woman. For over twenty years she's made it her aim to create designs that are chic and stylish for every woman's needs. She designs with vision not just for women in general but also vision that spawns from her own love of fashion. It makes the wearer very intrigued when you have such an eye for detail and a seemingly inherent relationship with women's fashion. We want to know more. Have you ever wondered what a day in the life of Rebecca Taylor is like? Or maybe what she likes to drink? What her inspirations are? In the following excerpt taken from two different interviews from by designer Rebecca Taylor done by Huffington Post and EOnline, she finishes the thought of each interviewer. Rebecca Taylor the first website I log onto every day is…I don't know about every day, but I do like Matchesfashion and La Garçonne. My usual Starbucks order is…I don't actually like Starbucks, however I do prefer and afternoon Peppermint tea. If I wasn't doing this job, I would…of liked to have been a makeup artist if my hands weren't so shaky. My favorite place to visit is…Paris. I always feel my best when I am there. List five things that are on your desk right now…My iPhone, my kindle, inspiration boards for our upcoming shoot, sketches and fabric swatches I need to review. The book I'm reading right now is...Gods and Kings: The Rise and Fall of Alexander McQueen and John Galliano by Dana Thomas.  When I wake up... I am surrounded by my children, who are jumping on my bed.
Before I go to bed... I like to read my Kindle and have a glass of wine to unwind. A well-dressed man/woman... is always comfortable in their own skin. Women should always... smile. Men should never... check their wife’s credit card statements! The best thing that’s been said about me... is that my clothes make women feel beautiful. The biggest misconception about me... is that I dress girly, since my clothes are very feminine. I’m actually quite a tomboy! If I weren’t doing what I’m doing today... I’d be a makeup artist... or a dolphin trainer. My legacy... we will see! A great idea... is taking my children to Disney World this month. We’re so excited! Botox is... genius. My mother... comes to New York from New Zealand every season to help with our show. I couldn’t do it without her! The soundtrack of my life... would have a lot of David Bowie. The future... hopefully involves a beach. Happiness... can be found in the simplest things. There’s a time and place for... tequila shots. There is too much... violence in the world. In the end... anything is possible!

Now, Marissa Webb has made her dreams come true and is now a designer of her own label. Her niche is creating pieces that are the perfect mixture of structure and flow. Of masculinity and femininity. Of neutrals and colors. Her collection embodies her persona as a young boyish girl growing up in Pennsylvania. Her clothes are elegant and edgy at the same time.
